K.A.D.S. Susantha
Susantha stands among the finest amateur boxers to represent Sri Lanka during the early 1990s, a period in which he consistently proved his excellence both locally and internationally. His boxing journey is one marked by determination, discipline, and an unyielding commitment to raising the nation's flag in the ring.
Susantha's rise began in 1990, a milestone year in which he became the Sri Lanka National Champion and won gold at the Novices Meet, while also representing the country at the South Asian Games, securing a commendable Bronze Medal for Sri Lanka. His dominance continued in 1991 when he clinched the prestigious Clifford Cup Championship and once again represented Sri Lanka at the regional level.
The years that followed showcased Susantha's complete command over the sport. From 1992 to 1993, he achieved a rare feat:
- Defence Services Champion.
- Clifford Cup Champion
- National Boxing Champion
These accomplishments, achieved repeatedly across consecutive years, placed him among the most respected names in the Sri Lankan boxing arena.

Susantha continued to represent Sri Lanka at the South Asian Games in 1994 (quarterfinalist) and again in 1995, further strengthening his legacy as a boxer who served the nation with honour and consistency.
